I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher. I work to create a safe and comfortable space for anyone who wants to practice yoga. I began practicing in yoga in 2002 when I first moved to the US from South Korea.

My teaching style: My classes are fun and engaging. I use analogies from modern life. I want yoga to be as accessible as possible. I encourage students to lean into any discomfort. With anything you try for the first time, you’re going to feel a little lost. Embrace that. There’s nothing wrong with that.
