I’m a fitness enthusiast. I love all kinds of movement from yoga to hiking to boxing. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2012. Prior to yoga, I worked as a TV reporter.
My teaching style: Power Vinyasa with a focus on functional movement.
Why I teach yoga: Every time I step onto my mat, I learn something new. Through yoga, I've become aware of my self-imposed limitations, and now challenge myself to get stronger from the inside out. As a teacher, my passion is to help others on their journey to wellness, and to support them as they realize their own unending potential through this amazing practice.
