We offer several different types of yoga classes, each with its own focus and approach. We have put together a schedule that allows you to experience the different styles and benefit from each class’ unique focus. Step in and experience it with classes that will allow you to fit into your schedule, either as a 45 minute or 60 minute class. No matter how long and which classes you choose, it will move your body and calm the mind.

Hatha
