Wrist warm-ups + prep to support liftoff
Step-by-step breakdown ofBakasana
Playful transitions like jumping back toChaturanga Dandasana(low plank)
Techniques to fall safely—and get back up with a smile
Alison brings her signature energy, encouragement, and humor to help you discover strength, lightness, and confidence in your practice—whether you're crow-curious or looking to refine your flight.
Post-workshop we’ll sit together for agathering of community + nourishment.We'll share fresh, feel-good bites from the DRIFT Juice Bar and take time to connect, reflect, and celebrate progress together.
