About the teacher:
This workshop will be led by guest teacher, Andre Harris from San Diego. Andre is an instructor, husband, and father, the misfit yogi is a licensed Rocket Trainer and has been teaching Rocket since 2013. His teaching style and approach:
“Honoring the lineage, bending the rules” is inspired by Rocket philosophy and methodology. Andre recognizes that the root of the Rocket practice is based in Ashtanga, but has discovered the benefits of creative freedom within the system which promotes rapid progress as both a student and teacher.
Balancing discipline and playfulness has been key for him in sustaining motivation as practitioner and what fuels his desire to continue seeking inspiration as an instructor. “Practice what you teach, teach what you practice”.
