  • 11:05 - 11:50 a.m.: Spring Yoga Practice

    • Flow through a grounding and invigorating yoga session designed to gently detoxify the body, energize the mind and balancing the elements. Perfect for all levels, this practice will leave you feeling refreshed and aligned.

  • 12:00 - 12:30 p.m.: Ayurvedic Brunch
    Savor a lovingly prepared, Ayurvedic-inspired brunch that highlights seasonal ingredients and supports digestion and renewal.  Dive into the tastes, spices, and foods that Ayurveda recommends for spring, learning how to create balance through your diet and daily routines.

  • 1:00 - 1:30 p.m.:  Sound Bath & Closing Reflection
