Sound Bath Yin: Reflect&Renew at the Center for Wooden Boats // October 22nd
Tuesday, October 22nd // 5:45 - 6:45 p.m.
Join us for a serene evening of Sound Bath + Yin Yoga as the sun sets over the lake in partnership with the Center for Wooden Boats. This class, led by Nancy Lea is designed to help you transition gracefully through the changing seasons with reflection and renewal.
The practice will combine the deeply restorative benefits of Yin Yoga—a slow-paced, meditative yoga style that targets deep connective tissues—with the calming sounds of a Sound Bath. These vibrations of the singing bowls will enhance your relaxation, bringing balance to both body and mind.
The Center for Wooden Boats, located on the shores of Lake Union, is a nonprofit dedicated to preserving maritime heritage and creating community through hands-on experiences on the water. We are excited to offer this class on their historic docks, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature as the day fades into night.
Please bring your own mat and dress comfortably in yoga or lounge wear. The class is open to all for $45 (non-members). We look forward to seeing you!
